Our elite squad is small. We’re keeping it that way to ensure that each member receives the utmost care and attention because we know from our combined years of experience that that’s the best way to achieve results.

We have exclusive use of Head Trainer, Russell’s gym facility, where professional and Olympic standard state of the art performance machines await you, alongside open spaces to hone conditioning movements and revitalise your body post season ready for the season ahead.
Using our own facility means that we can guarantee total privacy for you to focus on your mental and physical preparation.
Energy bursts will be tested on the sands of Bournemouth beach, don’t worry we know the more secluded times and areas to use, which, with its backdrop of the sea, provides a wide range of options for us to test and train you.
Adjoining Bournemouth is Poole, which with the third largest natural harbour in the world is renowned for being a big kids playground. And we like to play!
Paddleboarding, kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet ski safaris - you name it, it’s all down here ready for you to chill out and enjoy at the end of each day, and will keep the family entertained if you want to bring them along with you.
Take full advantage of the wide range of outdoor pursuits and water sports that the area has to offer in your down time, before relaxing on one of the many top-notch eateries and bars.

From personal experience I know how frustrating injuries can be for a player. I hated missing games and was desperate to get back on the pitch. Watching Sylvain’s work ethic was inspirational and I’d really advise any player to put the extra time into their physical preparation to reduce injury risks.
